  • Shopify, which provides website platform, hosting and related website services;
  • Klaviyo, which assists with customer relationship management, subscription management, marketing communications, and unsubscribe preferences;
  • Shopify Analytics, which provides website analytics and reporting; and
  • Google Analytics 4, which helps us understand how visitors use and interact with the Website.

10.1 We may send you marketing communications about OVRDRV products, news and offers where you have subscribed, consented, or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

10.3 We will action an unsubscribe request within 5 working days. We may still send you non-marketing communications that are necessary to respond to an enquiry, administer a relationship, comply with law or protect our rights.

11. Access and correction

14.1 The Website does not currently provide public online ordering or consumer checkout.

This may include business and account-holder details, authorised-user information, account credentials and authentication records, access permissions, trade-pricing access, order, invoice, payment, delivery, returns, warranty, and account-security information.
